HOW MANY DAYS DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates using Free International Shipping:

Yes. You should receive an automated shipping update with your tracking number. If you don't, please contact us and we will help you.
WHAT IS INSURED SHIPPING?
If you placed your order with an insured shipping, your order will be protected meaning that if your package has not arrived within 45 days, we will resend it at no additional cost.
WHAT IS A STANDARD SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is almost the same as the insured shipping. The only difference is that we can only resend your package if it has not arrived within 60 days after it has been shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package. The tracking information may update to the Delivered status 24 hours before it has actually arrived. If it has been 24 hours and you still have not received it, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you get your package.
